1. About us

ClinicLoop is a brand of Kalinga Global Venture, Odisha, India (GSTIN 21JNXPS4559D1ZC). We provide websites, AI receptionists, WhatsApp reminders, NMC-aware marketing, local SEO, digital prescription software (ClinicLoop Rx), doctor education videos and NMC compliance audits for healthcare providers.

2. Who may use the site

The site and our services are for registered medical practitioners, clinics, hospitals and their staff. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You must not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, or use the AI demo or tools to impersonate a doctor.

3. Free tools are guidance, not legal or medical advice

• The free NMC compliance check uses AI to compare content with the NMC Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (notice R-13014/01/2024-Ethics, 6 October 2026). It can miss issues or make mistakes. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with NMC, State Medical Council or any other rules.
• The website assistant, ROI calculator and AI demo give general information and estimates, not promises of results.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. AI calls and messages

Pressing "Call me now" asks us to call you; the call may be made by our AI assistant, who identifies herself as an AI. You can ask to stop at any time and we will not call again. We do not send promotional calls or messages to numbers registered on the National Do Not Call registry unless you asked us to contact you.

5. Prices

Prices shown on the site are in INR (or USD for international clients), exclude GST unless stated, and may change. The price in your signed proposal or invoice is final. Third-party usage costs (for example telephony minutes beyond your plan, WhatsApp conversation fees or ad spend) are billed as stated in your proposal.

6. Paid services

For clients, the signed service agreement covers scope, timelines, payment, data processing, confidentiality, cancellation and handover. In general:

• setup fees are payable before work starts and are non-refundable once work has begun;
• monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice;
• the clinic remains responsible for its medical content, consents and its own compliance with NMC and other laws; we design deliverables to follow NMC guidelines and flag risks we see;
• we do not sell patient leads, charge per patient, or offer paid rankings, consistent with NMC rules.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, code and the ClinicLoop name belong to Kalinga Global Venture. Case-study material is shown with the doctor's permission. Client ownership of deliverables is set out in each client agreement.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as hosting, telephony, AI and messaging providers. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we will work to restore service quickly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and free tools are provided "as is", and Kalinga Global Venture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim, unless the client agreement says otherwise.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
