NMC Compliance Audit

We check every post, ad, website and listing against NMC's 6 October 2026 guidelines, and fix what's risky.

The problem

NMC's new Guidelines on Ethical Advertising now cover Instagram, YouTube, Google, ads, WhatsApp and AI content. Most doctors have old posts with testimonials, offers or 'best doctor' claims, and no registration number. Penalties run from a warning to removal from the register.

The outcome

A clear red/amber/green report on your whole online presence, and compliant rewrites for everything risky.

Do I have to delete old posts?

Not always. We tell you which posts are clearly prohibited, which need a rewrite or added disclosure, and which are fine.

What if NMC issues clarifications?

NMC may issue clarifications under clause 12. We track them, and audit clients get a free note when something changes for them.
